Utah Raised Pork and Beef Meatballs
We don't overcomplicate our family recipe for meatballs. They are made with our sweet plain pork sausage and grass-fed beef, fresh herbs, Italian cheeses and toasted spices. This recipe hasn't changed at all in our family over the years, and that's why we like to make them over and over again.
Italian Kitchen Staples
Available in 16oz or 32oz, our Sunday gravy is a necessity in our home. We take the best quality tomatoes available and cook them with garlic, onions, herbs and spices for several hours so you don't have to. Other seasonal staples such as garden garlic butter, giardenera and caponata will also be available in family friendly sized packaging, making dinner quick and delicious.


Old World Style Sausage
Our sausages are made with locally sourced pork and seasonal ingredients. Each recipe is made in small batches and linked by hand, the old fashioned way. We use all natural pork that has never been treated and always use fresh ingredients for our seasonal sausages. We don't use nitrates, sugars, gluten, or any fillers, none.
