UTAH RAISED PORK AND BEEF MEATBALLS

We don't over complicate our family recipe for meatballs. They are made with our sweet plain pork sausage and grass-fed beef, fresh herbs, Italian cheeses and toasted spices. This recipe hasn't changed at all in our family over the years, and that's why we like to make them over and over again.

Italian staples

ITALIAN KITCHEN STAPLES

Our Sunday gravy is a necessity in our home. We take the best quality tomatoes and cook them with garlic, onions, herbs and spices for several hours so you don't have to. Other seasonal staples such as garden garlic butter, giardenera and caponata will also be available in family friendly sized packaging, making dinner quick and delicious.

CRAFT
SAUSAGES

Our sausages are made with locally sourced pork and seasonal ingredients. Each recipe is made in small batches and linked by hand, the old fashioned way. We use all natural pork that has never been treated and always use fresh ingredients for our seasonal sausages. We don't use nitrates, sugars, gluten, or any fillers, none. We start from just pork and salt and go from there. Keep checking our social media for the most up to date menu.

OLD WORLD STYLE SAUSAGE

What does that actually mean? We never use any preservatives, stabilizers or fillers in any of our fresh sausages, ever. We emulsify quality meat with a little fat, salt and go from there.

SLOW & LOW

We recommend cooking at a low temperature for a longer period for most of our sausage flavors. This prevents bursts and splitting that end up drying the sausages out.
